G-Mode Topolon

A great new game that is not like anything you've seen before. The game has you eliminating particles on an ever growing map of nodes. Particles are destroyed by smashing an even number of the together.
The game looks good, has simple but great looking design and a nice looking background. The help sections, unlike some other games, contain pictures and descriptions. One very important feature that most mobile game designers tend to ignore, volume control, is present in Topolon.
The reason I didn't give this game a perfect score is that I found it too easy. On my first try I was able to easily get past level 30 on both game modes. The ease of winning comes from the simplicity of playing which boild down to button mashing. Topolon is too fast for those who are looking for a strategy game. A third, turn based, mode should have been added to the game. The game is good, however, if you're aiming for a high score, you have to start from the beginning. With around 30 seconds per level and no ability to save progress, the game actually becomes too long. This game is good, but only for those people who like this kind of games. I'll just have to wait until they add that third mode of play.
